Solubility	Carbendazim is faint soluble in water, soluble in organic solvents, such as ethyl  alcohol, diethyl and benzene.
Mode of Aciton	Systemic with curative and protectant activity. Inhibition of mitosis and cell division.
Application	1. Carbendazim is a widely used broad spectrum benzimidazole fungicide to control a wide range of fungal pathogens on cereals, fruits, also used in soil treatment and foliage application on appearance of disease. 2.Soluble acid salts give some control of Dutch elm disease when injected  into the bark. May be used as a seed dressing or as a post-harvest dip 3. Carbendazim is also applied as mildew inhibitor in paint, coating, paper, leather and texitile
Targest Diease	leaf spots, blotches and blights fruit spots and rots; sooty molds; scabs;  bulb, corn and tuber decays; blossom blights; powdery mildews; certain rusts; and common soil borne crown and root rots.
Target Crops	Carbendazim is used on cereals, cotton, grapes, bananas and other fruit,  ornamentals, plantation crops, sugar beet, soybeans, tobacco, turf,  vegetables, mushrooms, and many other crops under most climatic  conditions worldwide.
