[Appearance]This product is almost colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid.
[Pharmacological Action] the pharmacodynamics of ciprofloxacin lactate is a broad-spectrum antiseptic drug for animals.By acting on the bacterial DNA rotase (gyrase A) subunit, it inhibits bacterial DNA replication and transcription and produces bactericidal action.For most of gram-negative bacteria and staphylococcus aureus has good antibacterial activity, including pseudomonas aeruginosa, klebsiella species, e. coli, e. coli, campylobacter, hayes bacteria genera, salmonella, aeromonas, proteus, haemophilus, Yale sen bacteria genera, Mr Charest bacteria, vibrio genera.However, brucella, chlamydia trachomatis, staphylococcus (including penicillinase and methicillin-resistant bacteria), mycoplasma and mycobacterium are also sensitive to it.There is a weak antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria, which is not effective against anaerobic bacteria.The effect of this product on gram-negative bacteria was significantly better than that of other varieties, especially in vitro antibacterial activity of pseudomonas aeruginosa.
The plasma protein binding rate of ciproxacin was significantly different in different species, 70% of cattle and 23% of pigs.It is excreted mainly in the urine.Half-life of intravenous injection, 4.9 hours for horses, 2.4 hours for calves, 1.3 hours for sheep, 1.5 hours for goats, 3.1 hours for pigs, 9.0 hours for chickens and 2.6 hours for dogs.
[Drug Interactions]have synergistic antibacterial effects with aminoglycosides and broad-spectrum penicillin.The metal ions such as Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe3+, Al3+ and other metal ions can be used for chelation, affecting its absorption.It has inhibitory effect on hepatic drug enzyme, reducing metabolism of other drugs (such as theophylline and caffeine), reducing clearance rate, increasing blood drug concentration, and even poisoning symptoms.It can be used to inhibit the excretion of renal tubules and prolong the half-life.
[Indications]Fluoroquinolone antibiotics.Used for bacterial and mycoplasma infection of livestock and poultry.
[Dosage and Administration]Intramuscular injection: one dose, each 10kg weight;Livestock 0.5 ml;Bird 1 ml.Twice a day.
Intravenous injection: one dose, 10kg weight, 0.4ml of livestock.Twice a day.
[Precaution]
(1) To be used for breeding young animals and colts.
(2) Pregnant animals and lactating females are forbidden.
(3) Animals with meat and kidney function should be used with caution.The dosage should be adjusted for animals with severe kidney disease or liver disease, so as to avoid the accumulation of drugs in the body.
(4) Egg production period is forbidden.
